I’m so excited I got these seeds going but now I’m so nervous they will die on me. Any tips to make sure this isn’t an epic fail??? How long do you guys usually wait to move outside?

I received this plant as a gift. When I got it, it only had a few leaves. Obviously I’m doing something right because it has absolutely grown out of control. Is it a jade plant? How to I trim this up without destroying future growth? Suggestions?

Do these look good? I got them and some seeds in the mail. The seeds are starting to emerge. I got these planted in a mix of cactus mix, perlite, and rock. I’ve tried to read up but have seen all different things about watering. I feel like they are happy but could be totally wrong lol.
