ServerGPT — Brutally Honest Feedback Wanted

ServerGPT — Brutally Honest Feedback Wanted

Hey SaaS devs,

A while back I shared my project, Guildgen. Since then, I’ve basically rebuilt the entire thing from the ground up based on the feedback people gave me.

The new platform is now called ServerGPT

https://servergpt.ai

Over the last few months I’ve redesigned almost everything — the UX, performance, pricing model, backend systems, and overall quality of the generations.

One of the biggest changes was moving away from forcing users into subscriptions just to keep using the product. Even free users can now top up credits whenever they need instead of being locked into monthly plans.

Some of the biggest improvements:

• Much faster generation speeds

• Cleaner and more polished UX/UI

• New bot-building functionality

• More flexible pricing + credit system

• Better quality outputs overall

On the backend side, I also built a much larger internal admin/dashboard system so I can properly track things like:

• Errors + debugging

• Analytics and conversions

• Payments

• Prompt performance

• Database connections

• Inbound/outbound emails

• User activity and feature usage

A big focus for me was understanding what users actually value, where people drop off, and what features genuinely improve retention so I can iterate much faster instead of guessing.

I’ve also spent a lot of time improving SEO and discoverability, including adding proper LLM-focused indexing/support files for longer-term organic growth.

Hoping that taking all the original feedback and turning the platform into something faster, cheaper, and genuinely more useful helps push adoption much further this time around.

Would genuinely love honest feedback from other SaaS founders.
