Patella Fracture Surgery Recovery: Stuck at 70° Knee Bend After 2 Months

Hey everyone, I had patella fracture surgery almost 2 months ago and my knee still bends only around 70°. It hurts a lot when I try to bend it more, and the area still feels stiff/thick.

Does massaging help improve knee bending and movement after surgery? Any tips or experiences that helped improve ROM and stiffness would really help because I’m getting worried about recovery.

PCOS spotting after starting inositol? Period trying to start?

I have PCOS and haven’t gotten my period for 2 months. Around 1.5 months ago I also had knee fracture surgery, was on meds, and mostly on bed rest.

A week ago I started taking 40:1 myo + d-chiro inositol (2 tablets/day) and 1 cup spearmint tea daily. Since yesterday, I’ve had very light brownish-red spotting/tiny clots only when I pee or wipe, not continuous bleeding and no major pain.

Has anyone experienced this after starting inositol or after stress/bed rest? Could this mean my period is trying to start?

I haven’t gotten my period since the last 2 months. I actually got a knee patella fracture last month and since then i have been put on some medications for pain and swelling and still going on. Right now i can walk and was thinking of when i’ll get my period. Do you guys have any advice on getting periods by doing any yoga or exercises which does not require much of legwork since i am still in recovery.
