opened it last week and got the EU/UK unavailable screen. been using it daily for literature searches and clinical questions during rotations so kinda lost without it
tried a few things since. stumbled on Amass (amass.tech) which seems specifically built for EU clinicians, searches biomedical literature and clinical trials. has a free tier. not exactly the same as OE but covers most of what i need
curious if others found something better or just went back to pubmed
