I bought my laptop 6 months ago but recently the touchpad has been lagging and freezing

I have uninstalled the elan driver and installed again but it didn't work

what should I do ? and how can I make sure that it is a software problem not hardware ?

should i reinstall the windows again ? or is it a useless way ?

The touchpad is freezing but when i open my laptop from safe mode it is working fine, i have uninstalled the drivers and installed them again but didn't work , what should i do ?
