Hiyuki team. Chisa and future characters
For context I am an lunite sub only, I need to get phrolova for my qiuyuan. I have Lynae, Hiyuki, and verina.
I am wondering if chisa is a must pull for Hiyuki. I don't really want to pull for her if there is a strong possibility for a new character coming out that will or could mesh better with hiyuki.

I got lynae after getting into the game after trying it on release for a bit and quitting for a while. When I got back into the game I got the following characters and I want to Build a great team for hiyuki and am wondering if I should pull for chisa next phase or denia or just skip. I'm a f2p, never pulled for weapons except the event free weapon pulls. Got around 40 pulls save with no pity cuz I didnt pull after getting hiyuki. I've heard this lucilla character which looked like a mommy and am debating whether or not I could pull her without messing up my account.
