importing video files from sd card is failing please help
sorry not sure if this is the right place to post this question, if there is somewhere better let me know.
ive been downloading video files form an SD card (sandisk extreme pro) through a USB3.0 SDXC MircoSDXC reader.
the footage had been recorded on a dji osmo action 4 camera.
My computer has a AMB Ryzen 7 5700g with radeon graphics processor, 16GB of ram, 8gb graphics card and 1.82 TB storage. its running on windows 11.
i have used this set up before to download multiple video files and have never had an issue with it, however after try to import around 40 files it said that multiple of the files had failed to download. i have cleared storage, unplugged and plugged back in, restarted my computer, even blown into the ports just in case but i still have around 16 files that just come up with "failed to import... file name from sd card" it does not provide any further info apart from that.
is there anything else i can do to download these files onto my computer please help.
