There are probably a billion different posts like this on here, but I wanted to ask anyway.
I'm a 19F, and while there are the obvious reasons of wanting to look better etc, I'm more interested in my health/longterm wellbeing, I'm a very sedentary person, but still pretty average weight-wise (usually around 50-56kg, 172cm). I have no real care for fat loss, or being insanely ripped, mostly just improving my posture, and making sure my mobility doesn't go to shit. I currently mostly do work out at home on the rare occasion I'm motivated for it, but open to getting a gym membership.
Any specific types of workouts recommended?
