I ordered boAt Airdopes 131 (Order #ORD81223247301) from Blinkit, and they delivered a defective product with a loose case/clip. When I contacted their support, they gave me automated "final decision" replies and refused to help, shamelessly asking me to contact the brand for a defect they delivered. This is a clear violation of consumer rights. I have already filed a formal grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH #9287891). Beware of Blinkit's electronic items; they sell junk and provide zero support. I want my refund immediately!
