Can I cut these back?

So I think this is a money plant the first picture?

It’s always lived in the bathroom but I decided to put it outside all last week and it’s nearly doubled in size. Can I cut it back?

And this monstera I’ve had for 2 years now and it’s just gangly and tbh a little bit pathetic. It lives in a dark corner in my room but again decided to put it outside all last week for some sun and it’s burnt the leaves.

How can I make the monstera look more fuller?
