Hello, I’m looking for feedback and experiences regarding the recent termination of my Amazon KDP account (Case #47795441). My account was terminated on March 25, 2026, due to content and titling issues. What I don’t understand is the way the situation unfolded: As early as February 2, 2026, I contacted the content review team because I was having difficulty understanding some of the rules. The responses I received were very generic and did not allow me to clearly identify what needed to be corrected. On March 18 and 19, I became aware that there might be an issue and I started actively working on compliance (including removing several titles). I also formally requested additional time to complete the corrections. Despite this, my account was terminated on March 25, while this compliance work was still in progress. 👉 I have also attached in my discussions a message from March 18 requesting this delay, which shows that I was already actively working to resolve the issue before the termination. Since March 30, despite multiple attempts to contact support, follow-ups, escalation, and even sending a registered letter to the Amazon EU headquarters in Luxembourg, I have received no response. I have also repeatedly requested the information needed to initiate mediation (CEDR), in order to resolve this matter amicably, but I still have not received any reply, even though this right is provided under Regulation (EU) 2019/1150. I have several elements demonstrating my good faith and the steps I took to correct the situation. 👉 My question is: Have any of you experienced a similar situation where an account was terminated while compliance actions were already underway? If so, were you able to obtain a review or a reinstatement? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
