?starting work at 14 weeks in a small company in UK
i’ll be starting work in an admin position at 14 weeks pregnant, the company is small about 20 or so employees and i don’t know if i should wait 20 weeks to tell them or sooner, or if it would make things weird that i didn’t tell them sooner.
