Anyone else having loading issues with playlists/searches?

I have a rather large playlist that is struggling to load. I transferred everything from Spotify, paid to have the unlimited amount of songs since the free cap was nowhere near enough.

The past couple days it's been randomly pausing, exiting, not showing any songs at all, or searches don't pull up any results in the playlist.

Anyone else have this issue? Were you able to resolve it? Could it be related to the Spotify transfer rather than adding songs within Tidal?

I foolishly made a rental agreement over text/verbally. Our agreement was I'd pay first and last month upfront, no separate deposit. I gave the landlord two months notice when I decided to move and paid my rent for the upcoming month. The same week, he grew hostile and I ended up leaving by the end of the month I'd paid for. I returned the keys and everything.

I am wondering if I should bother at all trying to get a refund for that last month with no real lease. I don't have it written down that my last month is supposed to be free, and technically it was my second-to-last and I chose to leave early. I have bank statements from paying rent and his hostile texts/email that caused me to bail, that's it.

Should I contact legal advice or just take the loss? I'm thinking there's no way it'll be worth it since I can barely prove anything but I want to check with people that know more than me.
