Hi all

I get dizzy, shaky and lightheaded almost every day after having lunch, to the point where I really struggle to do anything but lie down.

Obviously I can't lie down when I'm in the office, so then something sweet and maybe a walk through the building has been my solution (coffee as well, but that's not great with the shakiness)

I usually have a fairly light breakfast (a banana and some nuts most days), so it's not like I'm completely starved by the time I have lunch.

I don't see a difference between eating complex carbs and simple carbs (eg. white pasta) for lunch, but am really curious to hear if anyone else has had similar experiences, and if you found a solution?

As bonus info I eat mostly vegan, so it's definitely not a meat coma. My lunch is typically some veggies, rye bread and bean salad.
