Hey everyone,

I gave my A4A interview for an Intuit SDE 1 position (USA) on Feb 10. A week later I followed up with the HR via email and she replied saying she's "working to find a team match" which gave me some hope.

But it's been almost 3 weeks since then with zero updates. No email no call nothing.

Is this wait time normal for Intuit's A4A process? Has anyone else been through this?

Also a couple more questions:

  1. Should I post on LinkedIn saying I am currently in the team matching phase at Intuit? Or is it too early / could it backfire?
  2. If someone from a team reaches out saying they are interested, what does the process look like from there? Do I loop in HR or does the team handle everything directly? Would love to hear from anyone who's been through this!
