When Anran dies with ult am I crazy or can everyone just see that she has ult?

Who in your opinion is the most boring character to play? Not because you hate playing against them, not cause their annoying to go against, not because their insanely OP, not because they are hard to play. Just the most boring character to play, like even if they were super meta you still wouldn't play them because they are just that uninteresting/boring to play.

Edit: mine would be Pharah. She's honestly so braindead and spammy. First time I tried her against a no hitscan team, 10 seconds in we won the first point on kings row and I immediately swapped. Genuinely no other character I find as boring as her and I never touched her again.

Honestly Roadhog has been awful to play against ever since the un-rework. Nothing more of a pain to deal with than Roadhog who can just one shot most of the characters with just "ok" aim, who also has 650 hp that also can heal himself and now he gets free speed boost on top of that. I need the rework to actually fix him permanently this time.
