been stuck in the job search loop for a while and recently tried RefOpen.
what i liked was u don’t have to chase people at all. no cold dms, no begging in inboxes. u just send a request and it reaches multiple potential referrers.
also no headache of job ids or writing custom msgs for every role. that part is honestly exhausting otherwise.
i got way better responses vs linkedin cold apply. not saying it’s magic, but it actually got conversations started.
not affiliated or anything, just sharing since it worked for me. if u’re stuck with low callbacks, maybe worth trying. anyone else here tried it?
