We're a digital marketing agency looking for a scriptwriter who actually understands how short-form video works — not just someone who can string sentences together.

What you'll be writing: Scripts for talking head videos — Instagram Reels primarily for tech and app-based clients. Think 20–45 second videos, performance-focused, not branded fluff.

What we need from you:

• Portfolio showing scripts you've written that were actually filmed and posted — not Google Docs with hypothetical scripts
• Ideally with some performance data attached (views, shares, saves — anything that shows it worked)
• One trial script before onboarding — we'll give you the brief, you write it, we evaluate

The work:

• 6 to 10 scripts per month
• ₹2,000 per script
• Payment consolidated and sent at month end

What makes a good fit: You understand hooks, retention, and why people keep watching. You've written for real audiences, not imaginary ones. You know the difference between a script that sounds good on paper and one that performs on a feed.
