What can a truck driver change career to?

Husband is sick of driving he's been doing it for decades, reached 59 doesn't want to stop work but wanting to pivot away from driving anything. He's built sheds, done a little health and safety role, driver training and our own animal husbandry. Not really a desk job dude tho he's worked with computer programs ok within the job. Can self managed time, solve problems, honest and reliable. People think drivers are dumb but if you knew the logistics and planning of that job they would change their minds.

My bonsai pumpkin

I've been so fortunate with bad weather and random cold spells this growing season to grow a tiny butternut, perhaps next season will be worse and I can achieve an edible doll house miniature
