Checked on some upcoming itineraries after hearing of all the seat change issues. Found this notice of "We had to change your flight" on our July trip from MCO to MSP... I guess the good thing is they kept our Seats together, but can anyone advise what gate we're supposed to go to in Austin that will help Time Warp us back 2 hours in order to make the connecting flight? Actually, I guess we may need 3 hours, so we'll have time to pick up our bags at baggage claim and recheck them, apparently. 🙄
Is Southwest using AI programmed by a Toddler to manage their flights now?
TL;DR Southwest changed the single connecting flight we booked to two separate flights, the second of which leaves almost 2 hours before we would arrive in the connecting city. 😆
