Hey everyone, I’m looking at a kitchen plan and I’m not sure if the clearances make sense. The dimensions (in cm/mm) are marked on the picture as follows:

· 35 cm

· 70 cm

· 180 cm

· 260 cm

· 220 cm

· 1050 mm (105 cm)

· 85 cm

· 110 cm

· 60 cm

A few things jump out at me:

1. 35 cm gap – That seems really tight. Is this between an appliance and a wall? You’d barely fit your hand in there, let alone open a fridge or cabinet door.

2. 70 cm walkway – If this is a passage, it’s below the usual 90–120 cm recommendation. Two people wouldn’t be able to pass each other, and opening an oven or dishwasher could be blocked.

3. 105 cm (1050 mm) aisle – This one is actually okay, maybe a bit narrow but workable for a single-cook kitchen.

4. 85 cm counter height – Standard and fine.

5. 60 cm depth – Also standard for base cabinets.

6. 180, 220, 260 cm lengths – Those seem like run lengths or wall dimensions. 260 cm is a decent stretch, but 180 cm for a working zone might feel short depending on what goes where.

The 35 cm space is the biggest red flag for me. Is that a filler next to a fridge or a corner? If so, you might not be able to fully open the fridge doors or pull out a drawer. Also, a 70 cm walkway could make the kitchen feel cramped and unsafe (think hot pans and turning around).
