Should I got to cc or a state school.

Long story short I’m a senior in hs and going to CC would cost me $5,500 a year while living at home. The state school will cost $12,000 a year after scholarships with housing, tuition, etc. Obviously I want to save money but I am leaning towards the state school because I feel like the experience of a four year is worth that extra money. I have about $17,000 saved up so I’ll be fine for a little bit. Also the state schools in my state offer very little scholarships to transfer students so if I did go to cc I would end up paying more than $12,000 a year to go to the same school. Any advice is appreciated!

What should I do with $20,000 I won’t need for roughly 2 years as an 18 year old

I’m a hs senior and 18, I am going to community college for one year to hopefully get into a better 4 year as a transfer and receive more aid than I did out of hs. That being said I have earned enough private scholarships to completely cover my community college tuition. I personally have saved about 20k throughout these last 3 years of high school what should I do with that. I know 2 year is like nothing in terms of investing so should I just put it in a HYSA or what? Any advice is appreciated!

Can I request a class to be taken off my transcript that I took as a sophomore in hs? I intend to do 1 year of cc and want a better gpa to transfer

I have 18 college credits right now I have gotten As in 13 of those credits but the remaining 5 credits are from Pre Calc, I took as a sophomore in hs when I didn’t care about school and never studied so I got a B-, I met with my high school consular and saw my college gpa is a 3.64 so it’s not horrible but it would be a 4.0 without pre calc, do I have to keep that on my college transcript or is there a way to remove it? As I am only doing 1 year of cc so I want my gpa to be as high as possible also with it being such a low level class I don’t think it will matter if I don’t have it
