Felix Leiter Discussion
Regarding the pre-Craig era, I was always curious why Felix Leiter was the only character that didn't keep a consistent actor, even while they managed to hold on to other co-stars as long as the actor playing Bond stayed the same.
Of course, License to Kill brought back a return actor for Leiter, but only after they casted the part to a younger actor with Dalton the movie before.
It never ruined the franchise for me, and is easily overlooked, but I've never understood why.
