when you first started taking Lexapro but it still ended up still helping your depression and/or anxiety?

I played Mario kart world and like it very much but I’ve beaten all of the tracks and was thinking of getting mario kart 8 deluxe but not sure how much fun it would be since I’m used to World? would the graphics hold up ? how about the tracks or gameplay? simply put, is it worth picking up if I already have MKW?

and how did it go initially in terms of good and bad effects? how quickly did you move up in dose?
