Does Libby not allow downloading acsm from its website anymore
Just got an old Kobo (that unfortunately doesn't have built-in Overdrive app) so I need to download acsm from the website with my laptop (and then transfer to my Kobo via ADE). But when I click the cloud button, it shows this
