Thinking of importing a 320d/330e from NI. Would really appreciate guidance on following

1. do dealers in NI allow negotiation like here? Car would be £20,000-21,000.

2. do you find the VRT calculator accurate? It’s OMSP for the 320d is 19k but DoneDeal has similars at 32k! Is there a better way to calculate?
