So, I am planning to write a blog on the top needs of a B2B CRM. I am thinking of getting real insights into what real B2B businesses are using in 2026 and how well their needs are being met by their current CRM. I wish to understand what type of business you are and what CRM you use, its Pros and Cons. Please only provide real insights as it will be helpful for me to curate a good blog and this thread itself will be quite valuable for anyone who needs to get a CRM software for their B2B business. Let's get this rolling

So if a client asks you for a quotiation, do you use simple spreadsheets or use a software for it? Those who use software, what is the good thing about it?
