EDIT SOLVED I'm not sure if this will help anyone but all I had to do was hard reset it with the button on the back.

Hi all,

last week we had a storm that reset our wifi router and disrupted the wifi to our doorbell. The app did not have any option to search for wifi domains and thus i hit "forget device" in hopes that i could just reconnect it to the app by scanning the QR code.

After scanning the QR code and going through the setup, it tells me to wait for a solid green light indicator. The green light never comes. I am just getting a flashing red light while having it plugged into the micro USB.

Am I doing something wrong here? It was working perfectly fine until the wifi stopped.
