Hey everyone,

I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what else to do.

My Rainbow Six Siege account got hacked, even though I had 2FA enabled. Somehow, someone got access and spent all my in-game credits.

I immediately contacted Ubisoft Support, and after about 50 days of back and forth (providing email changes, verification photos, etc.), they finally told me they can’t do anything about it.

This is really frustrating, especially because I did everything to secure my account.

Has anyone here gone through something similar? Were you able to recover your credits or get any kind of compensation?

Any advice or shared experiences would really help.
