I am looking for games like the ones that came with the PC Software magazine 3.5" floppy discs in the windows 3.1/95 days (definitely 2D graphics) where you had to navigate multiple levels of a maze while solving small puzzles (moving blocks, sliding on ice, running things into walls, avoiding traps etc) using only keyboard controls. They usually had 8 bit soundtrack versions of classical music (it's actually how I was introduced to some of my favorite Mozart), were "themed" to the month of the disc (Halloween, Christmas, summer vacation, etc), and were just a lot of fun to spend time noodling out.
