I recently picked up my first real "freelance" drill design gig for a fall program this year. The director of the school asked me what my rates are and I'm not sure what to tell them. I wrote drill for a winter program this past year but that was a set stipend by the town. I'm just not entirely sure what to say. I have a number in mind but I have NO idea if I'm underselling myself.
