I have a Toonie from 1997 which seems to be a manufacturing error. I can’t find any info online and want help identifying if it is real and what it may be worth

The centre of the toonie is the same colour as the outside it is missing the bronze centre

I don’t post on Reddit so the bot keeps removing my post with photos.
