PSA: Made a mod so you keep Byzantine Events when forming Rome

I am not an experienced modder so keep that in mind.

I also made a separate mod so you keep the Byzantine Law legal code when changing to Latin/Hellenism.

Only problem it has is that it created a duplicate Byzantine Law which doesn't have any real effect on gameplay but it annoys me and if someone knows how to fix it please tell me.
