i live in jacksonville, Florida ticket was received in orangeburg county south carolina. i have never received a traffic ticket. i was recently traveling from florida to pennsylvania and back for a funeral and as i was coming back down through south carolina was pulled over for a >20 ticket. no notice to appear but the date is only 12 days out and has 6 points tied to it. considering i live very far and spent all my funds on this trip, dont have a job i am looking at what options i have to possibly get more time and or not get the points without having to physically appear.
