Hey all, as luck would have it, I’m going to be travelling and not working for the entirety of next financial year. Keen to hear others’ opinions on what you’d do in my situation:

Age 34 - NW 1.15m
No PPoR
Investment property, bought for $690k 2 years ago, now worth $920k (550k mortgage, interest only)
Share portfolio worth $280k, all held >1yr
Super $315k
Offset $140k
Crypto $60k

Given I’ll have no taxable income next FY, it would normally make sense to sell off some assets and harvest the gains. But now I’m not so sure. What would you do in my position?
