Give away 50% of my micro SaaS to the right person — how do I find them?

Quick background: I'm 56, and I've spent my career building businesses — from 0 to 85 employees, millions made and lost. Right now I run a small, well-paid team and make a healthy living (~$1M/year) on roughly 3 hours of work a week. I live simply, well within my means — millionaire-next-door type, though I travel a lot and live in a nice neighborhood.

The point is: I have enough. What I don't have is time or energy for my passion project.

That project is a micro SaaS I genuinely love. I've invested heavily in it — the product is polished, functional, and solves a real problem for businesses.

Right now it's generating just over $3K/month in passive revenue. I believe — and have a solid plan to back this up — that it should be doing $100K+/month. It just needs the right operator. Someone hungry. Someone who can actually go after it.

That's not me. I'm a visionary/ADD/big-ideas guy. I've built things from zero, but I'm not wired for the grind of scaling. I'm not even on social media. On one of my earlier businesses, I had the idea, started it, found the right partner, and together we took it to $20M in sales. He was the one who could actually execute. That's what I'm looking for again.

---

Here's what I'm proposing:

- I give 50% of the business to the right person

- They take over sales, marketing, decisions, and day-to-day operations

- I'll continue to invest — I have a plan and I'm not asking anyone to put in capital

- There would be a structured earn-in period so we can both confirm it's the right fit before equity fully transfers

- No salary. Equity only. This is for someone who bets on themselves.

I've done this before. I know how to find a great partner — I just don't know the best channels to look in today.

So: where would you look? LinkedIn? Specific subreddits? Entrepreneurship communities? Indie hacker forums? Cold outreach to hungry SaaS operators?

Open to any and all ideas.
