Hey, for a paper i'm writing i was using AI to give me tips about the structuring of the paper and all my notes. I only used it for tips/help and the paper is based in my own research, sources etc. I'm always an anxious person so i ran it through like AI and plageriasm programs. On AI one site gave me like 40-60% use of AI, and another 1 gave me 18-20%. Is that normal? I thought it was perfectly fine to use AI as a feedback and as a tool, but not an answer.

Btw everything 100% self written, am i screwed?
