Has anybody used Basic Capital? Or thoughts?

It’s a leverage retirement vehicle pretty much front loading compound interest. Put $5k in and they give you $20k in an LLC-Individual IRA acct. They get paid through a financing structure: annual ~5% fee and principal payback down the road.
