I have old cast iron tawa. My chapati always sticks on the tawa and leaves mark. This further leads to uneven heating and my chapati gets cooked uneven.
I clean the tawa regularly to remove this marks but this is a persistent issue.
Any idea what could be the issue and suggest solutions.
