How to write in a New world?

Hear me out I am writing from the perspective of one of the first beings on the planet. There is no established anything especially language. I am struggling to interpret this in my writing. Do you just use English and preface it was instinctual? Curious on your takes on how you would handle this.

Brand new to ladder and considering getting the subscription! I haven’t done the free trial yet but I’m torn between Define and Transform!
I’ve been on a strength training schedule for the last year, albeit inconsistently, and I fell in love with weights but I’ve been following the plan of a body builder in Texas and I think it’s giving me muscles but not the definition I’m looking for.
I’m down 40lbs and in decent shape but thought I’d ask here what anyone thinks of either team?
The only thing that worries me about define is there seems to be a very limited amount of strength training? So I’ve been leaning towards Transform?

Hi, I’m new here but really hoping for some tips.
My husband and I very recently brought home our Australian Shepherd who has been nothing but an adventure. However, she has extreme anxiety about us being out of her sight. It’s not just if we leave the house if she is in bed with dad and I need a snack she has to follow me to the kitchen and if you try to keep her in bed she has a panic attack.
If I go outside to throw away trash she freaks out and finds a way to follow.
The worst is that the behavior only extends to me, my husband and our husky.
If we take both potty at the same time and dad starts walking the husky away she tries to choke herself on her leash to follow.
I’m very confused she is now 6 months old and has been like this since we brought her home.
She has to be on our heels at all times. She doesn’t even need a leash bc she will not leave our sides.
Pic bc she’s a cutie 💕
