Looking to get a new car, looking at GTI's, R's, VRS, ST's from up north.

2014 GTI's VRT quotes are currently around 1.3k, seen a post on Autostadt group that R's have been raised to 8k even for 2014's, so that's out of the window

Anyone have any other recommendations to look at?
