Hi,

I applied for skilled worker dependant visa inside UK on 13 April and got a confirmation of my application email on 17 April. I applied as an unmarried partner who lived in a long distance relationship for 2 years. At the time of the application, I was only asked to submit the proof of living apart, which I submitted the same day as 13 April.

I wanted to ask when does the 8-week timeline start technically?

Also, I submitted additional evidence to proof genuine and subsisting relationship on 11 May without them asking for it. Would that affect my decision timeline in any way?
