Does any one know the video that I took this screenshot from? Its a Ukrainian drone operator and he looks futuristic, like something out of cyberpunk or blade runner, damm what i time we live in huh.

And one more request; expert drone operators can u pls explain to me why, is the need for 4 wires that go into the headset and what is their function?
