My scalp itches for 3 years now, I have tried 4-5 different lice treatments and yet nothing stopped, what should I do? I even checked my head with this thing i took the pic with and I find no insects, do fungal infections itch like they are lice? I feel stuff crawling sometimes but when I go to the place that itches I see this thing in the picture
