So i have a 2021 escape hybrid titanium that was involved in a minor accident the steering would not work i had a code for the steering column.so I changed the steering column i bought in ebay now it works when Im driving but soon as I come to a complete stop it hard to turn. if I start driving again it become soft and can turn with easy but stop again hard to turn.i will add picture of forscan code did i get the wrong steering column? (Image processing module A) i reset it and it comes back

I was at my local pick part and saw this escape has them has anyone swapped them before? Are they easy to do??
