I’ve graduated Highschool and as of now my GPA is 2.880 and my highest ACT score was 18
My parents kinda made it seem like I wouldn’t be able to do anything at all which those scores so I’m just trying to get a scope on if they’re right or maybe just exaggerating to make me feel bad
I plan on going to community college (unable to afford anything else)
It’s the only thing Ive ever even been slightly interested in doing, some stuff happened during the first semester of my junior year and completely tanked my GPA (originally 3.72) and did horrible on the ACT which I plan to retake if I’m able too but I can’t go back in time and fix my GPA
Is there anyway that I’d realistically be able to become a dental hygienist? Or should I bite the bullet and give up on it? Is there any other career anyone would recommend? I’m kinda at a lose here
If I can is there anything anyone would recommend for steps I could take to better my shot at it?
I Really don’t know what else to do so I’m just trying to get some advice. I’m trying to make that step into getting a real adult job but I really don’t know what to do anymore
