I have never had pimples/acne like this since menopause. Not even in teenager years. I use skin 1004 it has helped. wondering if anyone else is struggling. It’s frustrating weight gain n acne, hot flashes no sleep . I start the patch next week idk if that will help. Just posting this to say if anyone is struggling ur not alone 🥺🙌 ooh let’s no forget the hair changes. That’s a whole other post.
