I’m finding myself in a couple of leagues where trading is at a premium.

I’m trying to think of ways to encourage, reward, or even adversely, punish managers for not engaging with trading.

Obviously you can’t force people into making trades, but I’m certain that there’s offers from everyone to be had - managers can’t be naive to think that their teams are the done deal.

So I’m curious, do any league admins have any trade mandates as part of their league? A quota of offers required per manager or the like? Keen to hear what people have up their sleeves.
