July 20-27 honeymoon itinerary

So we're headed up to Banff after getting married near Glacier national park. Staying at the Juniper for the week. Here's what I've put together so far.

Monday: Drive in from Many Glacier. Check out downtown Banff and eat at our hotel bistro.

Tuesday: Bow falls and surprise corner viewpoint. Spa treatment at Fairmont Springs and eat at their Vermillion room.

Wednesday: Lake Louise doing Lake Agnes Tea House trail and Mirror Lake.

Thursday: Cross Lake Moraine off my bucketlist and rockpile trail.

Friday: Cascade time of garden, upper hot springs, gondola to sulphur and sky bistro. Not sure on this as heights freak me out. Sounds like you can hike it in an hour tho. Worth it?

Saturday: Lake Minnewanka boat tour and banff trail riders horseback. If only time for one horseback is priority.

Sunday: Icefields drive, anthabasca, skywalk. Time for quick peak at peyto lake viewpoint or Johnston Canyon?

Monday: Checkout or extend trip lol

Does this feel like too much to accomplish on our honeymoon? Have to admit I do tend to over schedule as I want to get to see everything. Is there anything you would get rid of or better combine into one day? Not sure how long Moraine would take, could we do the Icefields after that? Or do Louise/Moraine? Thanks for any input!

Also, has anyone found a car rental place that lets your drop your car off in Canada? Would like to fly out of Calgary but getting there from GNP has proven tricky..

Hello, I'm having a tough time deciding between these two hotels. It looks like I can get them for the same price so that isn't an issue. Which one would you guys go with for a honeymoon?

I think we will have a rental car, but it looks like Otter provides the roam bus passes and not seeing that Juniper does. The views from Juniper look awesome but wondering if the location being out of the way would make Otter more enticing?

Saw they are offering 10 percent off gift cards up to $200 off. I already have a $500 gift card and want to book a hotel today. I think I saw you can only use one card per transaction at a max or 2000? So assuming I should just buy $1500 for a savings of $150? Haven't used gift cards with them yet so just don't want to screw anything up.

So we finally decided to honeymoon here and are coming from our wedding near Glacier Park and plan to be in Banff from around the last 7-10 days of July. The Fairmont hotels look amazing, but looking to be about 4k for just two nights so not sure if that would be worth it. Hoping to stay within 5-8k range for the whole trip. I did see they have a bunch of free activities and shuttles which is nice. But does anyone recommend any other nice hotels? Was considering Hotel Canoe and Otter as they seem pretty nice and looks like they at least provide bus passes.

Itinerary wise, plan to spend some time at the hotel and maybe do some spa packages. And obviously visit/hike Moraine and Louise to check that off my bucket list. Some other ideas we had were Johnston Canyon, Icefields, hot springs, horseback riding. Any other recs that would best fit a honeymoon? We want to spend some time exploring the area but also do more relaxing / romantic activities as well. Any guided tours worth it?

For dining, any spots we have to for sure check out or romantic reservation to surprise her with?

Lastly, has anyone had any experience with rental cars coming from the US? Are there any companies where you can cross the border and drop off or are we most likely going to have to return back to US for drop off? Wondering if just flying from Kalispell and getting a car rental there would be the best move, but seemed like it'd be a pretty drive. Any other general information we should be aware of is appreciated!
