Having an issue with z homing all the sudden. I have a relatively new hot end (couple weeks, maybe 20 hours print time on it), and the error started randomly recently. It's not the two switches at the top; those test fine. It goes through the self leveling, gets to the very end after tapping at all quadrants, and then displays that error.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
